Weekly group calls - 90 mins (mix of info and Q&A) plus in-depth pre-recorded videos for each module.

Each week for the duration of the 6 week program, the 90 minute online group Q&A sessions will be held on Wednesday evenings @ 7pm (AEST).

No, how you engage in the group sessions is completely up to you. This program will be a space so that we can build connections and feel supported, not feel judged or overwhelmed. Do what feels best for you!

Yes—recordings of the live Q&As will be available for 1 month after the program end date, so you can catch up if you can’t attend live.

Yes you will.
*Please note: It is outside Deb’s scope of practice to prescribe hormones in Australia, but she will discuss options, pros and cons, how to discuss with your doctor and what type is best suited for different symptom pictures.

Just remember the time change for the weekly live calls! Q&A sessions (90 mins) will be held every Wednesday at 7pm AEST for the 6 weeks of the program.
Also, for women living outside of Australia and New Zealand, you will not get access to the practitioner only supplements - but you can source supplements that you have available in your area.

Each program member living within Australia & New Zealand will be given online access to purchase from the list, and the decision of what you buy - is entirely yours. For women living outside of Aus/NZ - you will need to source your products separately.
