Leah Sidhu
Leah Sidhu has been practising Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) for over 18 years, following four years of University study, which included 10 weeks in Nanjing Provincial Hospital, China.
In China, Leah observed how the ancient wisdom of TCM can work as an adjunct to modern medicine and also as a separate system of healthcare, to increase wellness outcomes.
Leah’s clients come from all walks of life and she is particularly passionate about women’s health; areas such as pre-conception, fertility, pregnancy and perimenopause.
Rather than treating symptoms in isolation, TCM takes into account the whole person, body, mind, and spirit. Therefore treatment can also include cupping, moxibustion, dietary guidance, lifestyle advice and traditional chinese medicine. This makes it a popular choice for those seeking a natural, integrated approach to wellness.
Leah is fully qualified and nationally registered in Acupuncture, Chinese Herbal Medicine (including prescribing and dispensing), and Chinese Remedial Massage. Leah is a proud member of the Australian Acupuncture and Chinese Medicine Association (AACMA) and is registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Leah is also the founder of Red Orchid Wellness Clinic. Opening its doors in 2007, Red Orchid Clinic has organically evolved into an integrative complementary health care centre on the South Coast of New South Wales.
