Andrea Little

Andrea has enjoyed working as a psychologist for 22 years. 

Known for her down-to-earth and holistic approach, Andrea creates a safe and supportive space where clients can explore ways to live a more grounded and fulfilling life.

Andrea draws from a range of evidence-based therapies, including ACT, EMDR, CBT, and Mindfulness, and enjoys working with most concerns, particularly anxiety, trauma, and burnout.

She is also a qualified yoga teacher and trauma-sensitive yoga therapist, passionate about the mind–body connection.

Outside of her work, Andrea enjoys time with her family, infrared workouts, reading about neuroscience and wellness, and walking her border collies.
