Terms and Conditions of Purchase - The Hormone Reset Online Group Program

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and participation in The 40s Hormone Reset online program (“Program”) delivered by Deborah Gibson, Naturopathic Doctor (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website hosted on Kajabi.

By enrolling in this Program, you (“Customer,” “Participant,” or “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not purchase or access the Program.

1. Program Overview

The 40s Hormone Reset is a six-week online program designed to support women in their 40s in understanding and balancing their hormones through educational modules, live Q&A calls, and optional functional testing. It includes:

  • Weekly pre-recorded video modules

  • Downloadable resources and guides

  • Live group Q&A calls

  • Bonus nutrition and lifestyle support

This Program is educational in nature and does not constitute personalized medical or naturopathic treatment.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase and participate in this Program. The Program is intended for individuals residing in Australia or other permitted jurisdictions.

3. Health Disclaimer

  • This Program is for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

  • Participation in the Program does not establish a patient-practitioner relationship with Deborah Gibson or any guest contributors.

  • Always seek the advice of your healthcare provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition before making changes to your health practices.

4. Payment Terms

  • The Program fee is as listed on the checkout page. Payment may be made in full or in instalments, as offered.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and account information.

  • If you are on a payment plan and fail to make a payment, access to the Program may be suspended until payment is made.

5. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this Program and immediate access to downloadable materials and live content, we do not offer refunds once the Program has been purchased. Please ensure the Program is right for you before making a purchase.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the Program, including but not limited to videos, handouts, and downloads, is the property of Deborah Gibson and is protected by copyright laws. You may not:

  • Reproduce, share, resell, or redistribute any materials

  • Record or share login details with others

  • Use the content for commercial or instructional purposes without written consent

7. Access and Technology

  • Access to the Program is provided via Kajabi. You are responsible for maintaining access to a reliable internet connection and compatible device.

  • You will have lifetime access to the course materials for, unless otherwise specified.

8. Live Q&A Calls and Bonus Content

Live sessions and bonuses are subject to scheduling and availability. Replays will be provided to program participants via the program portal for 4 weeks after the program finishes. After such time, the live Q&A recordings will no longer be accessible. All other content will still be in the portal for lifetime access. We reserve the right to make changes to guest contributors or content as needed.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to remove any participant from the Program for conduct deemed disruptive, abusive, or in violation of these Terms, without refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim any liability for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Program. Your use of any information provided is solely at your own risk.

11. Privacy

Your personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable Australian privacy laws. We do not share your information with third parties without consent.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in that state.
